Welcome to Central Maryland Poets. An online and live community for and about poets. Anyone and everyone is welcome to
participate. This is a free/non-profit organization. There will NEVER be a charge for membership or attendance. We will
look to have meetings at public places such as coffee houses, libraries, book stores, etc.
There will be monthly meetings
for poetry discussion, critique, sharing, and learning. In the future there will also be classes formed to aid anyone interested
in learning how to craft and explore their poetic skills.
Our Mission
Our mission is to supply a forum for poets of all levels to meet, share, and discuss poetry!
Becoming a Member

NEWS AND EVENTS
Our first meeting is set to take place SEPTEMBER 16, 2006. Please come out and meet your fellow poets.
WHERE: Carroll County Public Library, Westminster Branch - large meeting room
WHEN: 2pm - 4pm Saturday September 16th.
